I am a sound designer with over seven years of experience in film, television and animation. My work also includes production sound recording, dubbing dialogue synchronization, dialogue editing and clean-up.Over the years, I have worked on films and series for cinema, TV and streaming platforms, contributing to projects such as Giuseppe Tornatore’s Il Camorrista on Prime Video, films presented at the Venice International Film Festival, and works selected for the David di Donatello Awards.Alongside film and TV post-production, I work in game audio. I am currently Art Director & Sound Designer for In Your Light, a 2D dark fantasy game where I shape the visual direction, original music, sound design and interactive audio implementation. I also collaborate regularly with Mangiasogni, bringing sound to his illustrated and narrative worlds through animation, atmosphere and sonic storytelling.I also run a YouTube channel where I share videos of myself creating sounds, experimenting with objects, textures and recording techniques. It is a more direct and playful space where I show part of my creative process and the curiosity behind my work.My work starts from a simple idea: sound is part of the emotional structure of an image. I approach it in a very artistic and narrative way, working with textures, silence, rhythm and atmosphere to create something that feels alive, intimate and connected to the story. Whether I am designing a cinematic soundscape, editing dialogue, composing music or building an interactive audio system, I try to give each project its own sonic identity.Because to me, sound design gives an image what a heartbeat gives the body: life, pulse and emotion.

Music has always been part of my life. I also sing as a personal creative outlet, exploring voice as something intimate, emotional and instinctive. Movies and TV series
"Il Camorrista" is a TV series available on Prime Video and directed by Giuseppe Tornatore, the Academy Award–winning filmmaker behind Cinema Paradiso. Set in Naples between the 1970s and 1980s, the series portrays the rise of a Camorra boss through a world of violence, silence, power and moral decay.
"Zapatos Rojos" is a Mexico–Italy feature film directed by Carlos Eichelmann Kaiser and presented at the Venice International Film Festival 2022 – Orizzonti Extra. Distributed in Italy by 102 Distribution, the film follows Artemio, an elderly farmer from the mountains of Mexico, as he travels to the city after receiving devastating news. The film was also selected by international festivals including Marrakech, International Film Festival of India, Santa Barbara and Sofia International Film Festival, where it received the Sofia City of Film Award, the FIPRESCI Prize and the Young Jury Award.
"Hangar Rojo" is a feature film directed by Juan Pablo Sallato and selected by major international festivals including Berlinale, Málaga, Fribourg, Miami, Guadalajara and BAFICI. Set during Chile’s 1973 military coup, the film uses silence and tension to explore fear, power and moral conflict.
"Squali" is an Italian drama feature film directed by Daniele Barbiero, starring Lorenzo Zurzolo and James Franco. The film follows Max, a nineteen-year-old from the Italian province whose summer plans are disrupted when a start-up opportunity in Rome forces him to confront ambition, adulthood and the pressure of choosing his future.
"Dedalus" is an Italian thriller feature film directed by Gianluca Manzetti, presented at Noir in Festival and distributed by Eagle Pictures. The film follows six aspiring content creators locked inside an isolated arena for a social game that promises fame and fortune, until the competition turns into a dangerous revenge-driven trap.
"Sul più Bello" is an Italian teen romantic drama series produced by Eagle Pictures in collaboration with Prime Video. A sequel to the beloved film trilogy, the series follows Marta, Jacopo and Federica as they move toward adulthood, facing love, friendship, illness, change and the uncertainty of growing up. Directed by Francesca Marino, it continues the emotional and romantic universe of one of Italy’s most popular teen sagas.
"Lirica Ucraina" is an Italian documentary feature directed by Francesca Mannocchi and produced by Fandango in collaboration with La7. Winner of the David di Donatello Award for Best Documentary – Premio Cecilia Mangini, the film begins in the streets of Bucha, exploring the memories, wounds and truths of those who survived the war in Ukraine.
"Agnus Dei" is an Italian documentary feature directed by Massimiliano Camaiti and presented within Biennale College Cinema 2025. Set inside the Monastery of Santa Cecilia in Trastevere, in the heart of Rome, the film follows an ancient ritual involving two newborn lambs entrusted to the care of the Benedictine nuns, whose wool will become the pallium worn by the Pope.
"Il mio compleanno" is an Italian feature film directed by Christian Filippi and presented within Biennale College Cinema 2024. The film follows Riccardino, a young man about to turn 18, as he leaves his foster home to reconnect with his mother and face a painful choice between illusion, family and his own future.
"Anna" is an Italian feature film written, directed and starring Monica Guerritore, marking her directorial debut. Presented at the Rome Film Fest and in competition at the David di Donatello Awards 2026 for Best Sound, the film explores the intimate side of Anna Magnani on the night of her Academy Award win, through memory, fame, love and solitude.
"Allevi – Back to Life" is an Italian documentary feature directed by Simone Valentini, presented as a Special Screening at the Rome Film Fest 2025. Distributed internationally by Minerva Pictures and in Italy by Filmclub Distribuzione, the film follows composer and pianist Giovanni Allevi on his return to music and life after a long battle with illness, exploring fragility, resilience, beauty and the healing power of art.
"Leo da Vinci" is an animated TV series directed by Sergio Manfio, available on RaiPlay and broadcast on Rai Gulp. It follows young Leonardo and his friends on a new adventure through Renaissance Italy, solving mysteries and searching for the legendary Ruby of Ceylon.
Mangiasogni is an illustrator, author and storyteller. He has worked as an author and illustrator for Mondadori and Einaudi Ragazzi, spoken twice at TEDx events, and created the social page Mangiasogni, followed by a large and engaged community. He collaborated with UNICEF Italia and the Istituto Superiore di Sanità . I collaborate with him on an ongoing basis, shaping the sound identity of his visual world. For the animated short Gagarin, created for a Mangiasogni exhibition, I handled the sound design and music.
YouTube Sound design channel
On my YouTube channel, I share short videos of myself creating sounds from everyday objects, textures and recording experiments. It is a more direct and playful side of my work, where I explore how simple materials can become cinematic sounds, atmospheres and sonic ideas.

In your light
In Your Light is a 2D dark fantasy platformer set in a post-apocalyptic world, where narrative, gameplay and audiovisual language merge into a cinematic experience about truth, faith and individual responsibility.
On this project, I work as Art Director and Sound Designer, shaping both the visual identity and the sonic atmosphere of the game. My role is to help define the emotional tone of the world: its darkness, its tension, its sense of mystery, and the contrast between organic decay, ancient technology and the presence of the Light.
Through sound design, music direction and artistic supervision, I contribute to building an immersive world where sound guides the player, revealing hidden layers of the environment and reinforcing the emotional journey of the characters.

Wwise Game Adventure demo reel
This demo reel explores interactive sound design and audio implementation within the Wwise Adventure Game. The project focuses on creating a responsive sonic environment, where sound supports gameplay, movement, atmosphere and player immersion in real time.
Poveglia
"Poveglia" is a first-person horror adventure browser game made in Unity for Italocurso Game Jam 2025, inspired by the theme of Italian Folklore. Set on the haunted island of Poveglia in the Venice lagoon, the game follows a young inventor investigating the island’s mysteries with his experimental camera.
For this project, I composed the original music, shaping a dark and unsettling atmosphere to support the game’s sense of mystery, isolation and tension.
